Crawl Space Encapsulation
Crawl spaces are often ignored. They are thought of empty waisted space, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Your crawl space houses the foundation of your home, access to your utility supplies, and can even be quite useful space with the help from crawl space encapsulation.
We install a tile drainage system throughout your crawl space to mitigate any access moisture, then we line your crawl space with a high grade polymer lining that creates a clean space. We seal the lining and add insulation creating a vapor barrier for your home. With he addition of a dehumidifier, we now create a clean and dry space that can now be usable for storage.
Vapor Barrier
When installing an encapsulation system, creating a vapor barrier for your home is the number one benefit. Not only do you receive a clean/dry space, but now you are essentially insulating your home from beneath. This allows for major utility saving and moisture control.
